Called about legal action against me. More scams

last 2 days, same time, different voices, 'ongoing legal matter'??  yo..give me a break..

Just got a voicmail from someone who could hardly read her script....saying if they didn't hear from me they would "waive" my right to counsel...ummmmm I'm no lawyer but I am the only one that can waive my right to counsel ....no one can do that for me....needless to say I won't be calling back

Yep, several messages from this number stating if they did not hear from me or my lawyer they would waive my right to counsel...  Did not call back - sad people fall for these jokers!  receiving messages from another 440 number - Michael Brooks about a fraud case involving my name and ssn.
