They keep calling saying I have a debt and they are going to be pursuing charges but when I ask what debt...all they want is my birth date and SS #!  Thank God I belong to a credit monitoring service!!!!!!!  When I hung up on them they called from a different number 440-973-9843.  Called over and over!

Just got a call and vmail from this number. Name was Robert Brooks with "Pretrial Intervention".  I had a similar call about 2 1/2 years ago regarding being "sued" if I didnt respond asap.  Only this time they dont mention debt and threatened legal action if I didnt respond immediately. I am alot smartee this time around knowing that the only real debt I ever had was wiped off my credit report bc of statute of limitations (7yrs) ran out for the debt. Now I know its a scam.

Keep getting calls from a Pretrial Intervention service for a debt supposedly from 7 years ago. Not only do I not owe this debt but the calls keep coming threatening me. They refuse to tell me what debt this is or give me evidence of any signed contract. I think this is all a bit fishy so I just ignore the calls.

I just received a phone from this number and they left a voicemail threatening to take legal action. Robert Brooks etc. He did not indicate a case reference number nor any personal information. After giving it some thought and looking up his "credibility/company"  via Google, I concluded it had to be a scam. I've experienced and have read about the horrible people in the world enough to know this was one of those situations. Reminder: Never give any of your personal information and always request a case number or reference info. Don't assume responsibility for the unknown. Or just simply have your "Attorney" get back to them.  Ignore and Have a great day!

These people called stating that my husband had 3warrants for his arrest regarding pbi bank, which he had a loan paid off thru them, and his e mail, something to do with check fraud, alrhough my husband doesnt have a bank account any more, and tht they were going to arrest him directly after work for 160 days for maliscious fraud and that he ripped somebody off...this man was very rude not carin to tell me anything or caring that we have 3 children he hung up on me twice afyer telling me my husband was a real piece of work bery very rude wanted to jump through the phone had me balling, non the less i talked to every attorney in every county where we live and their are no warrants for him fraud fraud fraud altho i found it strange they didnt ask for any of my information ???
