said something about getting me or my lawyer to give them a call about a litigation case and if I did not call at the end of the day I give my rights up? Number one; never says the person name on whom they  are calling for. SCAMMMMMMM all the Way.

Same as me melaine but they knew my name my previous panking info and my previous employment. That why they got my full attention at first before I went to sheriff station

Got a call from this number the voice mail states there calling from pre-trial intervention. They need to speak with me or my attorney of record. If they do not hear from me it will be documented that I waive my right to counsel. The caller never asks for anyone by name nor does he identify where he's calling from. I have not and will not return a call that is not even  for me. SCAM CALL or Debt 440-249-0932 OHIO Number

I just got a call from this same number and just like HJR they had all my information so I asked what it was about it was from a payday loan that was paid off more than 8 yrs ago than he proceeds to tell me it was charged off in 2012.. I called back and some woman answered no company name she just said litigation services.. I told her I contacted the local authorities she said well what are they going to tell us not to call? So I hung up. But having experience in debt collection they are in violation of several FDCPA LAWS.
