This # called me saying something about some kind of cash advance they say I took out years ago that I never took out and saying something about criminal charges against me because of it never being paid.  Sounds like another fake Attorney scam going around

Called about sueing me. Said if i didnt call back by the end of the day they would take that as me refusing an attorney and they would gonahead with filing paperwork. I have no outstanding debts and I have never taken a pay day loan so I don't know what the end game is here, but its not going to work.

Yep, several messages from this number stating if they did not hear from me or my lawyer they would waive my right to counsel...  Did not call back - sad people fall for these jokers!  receiving messages from another 440 number - Michael Brooks about a fraud case involving my name and ssn.
