started call off with:  new goverment rulles will lower my auto insurance rate.  Thought the call was a recording, but it was a live person.  I am an insurance agent so ended the call.

I had a female call me to change my auto insurance. She asked my first name and then asked me to spell it twice and disconnected. So I tried to call back to find out what the story was and it rang busy
