Unknown Name. When I tried to call the number back, I got an automated "I'm sorry your number cannot be completed as dialed. Check the number and try again or call your operator to help you"

strange phone calls.Unknown Name.Annoying

Stop the calls!

My caller ID says: "NAME NOT FOUND" and ends up with same automated response. When I redial, with or without the "1" - same thing. I know someone is there because I can hear ambient background noise before they hang up. It's probably a throwaway phone.
