Says they are a bill collector and I owe Chase $3000.00.  That account is paid and closed.  I told the guy what he could do with himself.  He said he would keep calling.

Did you get a call from someone at this number? What happened? Did you answer? Did they leave a voice mail?

Just saying "On do not call list" doesn't help anyone else here, and that's the whole purpose of this web site.

Also, most likely the caller is a foreign criminal calling from somewhere other than the US, so none of US laws apply, much less the Do Not Call Registry.

I keep getting calls from 434-878-3296. They never leave a message. And I refuse to call anyone back that does not leave a message. Interestingly enough, when I first started getting calls from this number it came up on my caller ID as +43 4878 3296 and it said it was from Austria. I get calls daily, several times a day. Im thinking it is a bill collector since I have financial issues. Just thought the whole thing of it coming up as being from Austria kinda odd.
