Some foreign guy who could barely speak English. I usually do not answer these call but I decided to answer this one. He does not understand the meaning of "no". I just hung up on him. Hopefully someday, this guy will get a real job.

I will never answer this number again. He called me by name told me there was a new medication my insurance would pay for. He kept calling me sweet names which sounded condescending . I hung up on him
