these people have been calling and harrassing me saying i owe them money. i asked for documentation and they would not give it to me and threatened me with jail and i called my attonery and he said it is a scam.

this happened to me also , saying that i owe them money and a claim will be filied against me...scary part was that the told me my social security #. now im not sure what to do.

I got a call this morning saying my son has a bank account, and the sent him money to put into his account, My son is a teen without a job..so why would these people send a teen without a job money?  Threaten to send him to jail..they also told me his s.s.n I didn't tell them the was correct or not...when I told them I beleive it was a scam they hung up..then called back... and repeated the same thing.. anyone had this problem?

I have received several annoying calls as well and the people calling have a bad connection and heavy accent.  I was told that legal action was going to be taken against me and I needed to talk to someone else regarding my claim. They gave me a number to call.  They told me to call back and hung up.  I decided to Google the number and saw the other issues surface with the same number.  I think it is a scam too and regret putting my info out into cyberspace to obtain a loan.  I will be reporting everything to the credit agencies just in case.  I will not he calling these prope back and WHEN they call back will let them know I am on to them and they will be prosecuted if they use my info they gave obtained fraudulently.

First they leave a threatening call. Then want you to listen and not interrupt while they falsely accuse you of owing their"company" money. stop harassing calls.
