I took my car into a guy name John Urbick's repair shop for a simple oil change. I come back on my lunch break and he has the car torn apart putting 6 different things in that I never asked for. I told him to put my car back together and he got right in my face and said "I will break your neck if you don't pay me for every repair I do", I was so scared I had to write a check to him for the car and just got out of there ... one of the most terrifying ordeals of my entire life ... THIS MAN IS CRAZY don't believe a word he says and NEVER take your car to him.

Who ever you are Jasmine your post is a reflection of your own lying soul. If you are whom I think you are, you and your husband are known for your blantant denials,lies and scams. You fool no one! Not even your(their) children.
If you are not then you are a phony that has nothing better to do then to make things up and try to ruin peoples lifes.

My shop was never called by my name.
My shop always gave clear written estimates to the customer before any work was ever performed and customers were required to sign their name before any labor was performed or any parts were ordered. All records of work completed are still available.
My shop had an excellent reputation with 0 Better Business complaints.
My shop was one of high integrity with honest employees including myself so any attempt to deface my name is nothing but a lie.
It is sad to see people like you disgrace the human race. What you have said is also a reflection on the same people and the new shop owner that were my former employees. Shame on you! It is not true. I am sure they follow the same policies.
Further more my shop was closed long before your post so you obviously must be some flake either way.  If you cant even provide your name that lends even more credit as to your shallowness.
I only used my cell phone on one or two occassions to talk to customers so I have a pretty good idea of who you are. If I said or did anything it was nothing but the truth which you most likely tried to lie your way out of. Even the insurance company inspector agreed with us if you are that one customer from hell.. I have never threatened anyone!  Grow up..
