Received a call from this number today...the caller left a message stating his name was "gary cooper" and if I did not return the call within 2 business days; I would find law enforcement at my door.  He had an Indian accent...I am pretty sure he is a bill collector...I am in debt as a result of my late husband being murdered by a local hospital. I am currently seeking help with my debts through my employer, who has an employee assistance plan.  I have a conference call scheduled with a financial planner on Monday, hopefully I will be able to secure some assistance.
