This is a company called Investment Managment & recoveries.
It is a spinoff of  Reliant recoveries with an incorporation in Tampa florida.

They Called me regarding a 12 year old debt, They claimed to be a FIRST partydebt buyer and said they did not have to comply with  the Federal debt act. They threatened to file a suit against me. When I told them I was recording the call and contacting a lawyer  they got rude and obnoxious  and I hung up on them and blocked their phone #.  Today I called called a consignment lawyer in Miami  to handle it at no cost to me.

I have a feeling that even though the caller ID lists a Washington phone # that the call is coming from Tampa.


By the way the Statute of limitions in florida for a debt collector is 4 years.

If they Call you please call your Local Police departments NON Emergency # and report the name of the person that called you and State that Randell Goines is the  business owner. Your local police should then contact the police in Washington and  take care of them for making threatening phone calls.

You should also contact your local television News media and let them get involved. This should lead to the end of this guy once and for all.

A guy from this number not only called me, but called my brother in law about me.  They have called me 1 time, but I looked up the number and saw it was a scam.  How do I get them to stop calling me and family members?  This is clear harrassment.  The message he left with my sister in law was that he was an attorney and that this is a legal matter.  He left a case number and this number, plus a toll free number.
