Glad it worked for you.  I quit answering the phone months ago.  Already 7 calls this year.  2 today.  Really sad that family members are critically ill, so I have to run to see caller ID everytime.

Called at 17:30 on 9 Jan 13.  No caller ID - Unknown - no message left. Going to forward to complaint department in D.C.

The number "425-658-8850" called me today, i was asked to press 1 to speak with a rep about a security system... After pressing 1 a few times, an [***] got on the phone and proceeded to ask me "what i was wearing" and then said, No really though, what are you wearing.... On call back attempts from my gmail account "phone" no one picked up... Id really like to figure out who is behind this because if it was my wife or daughter that was talked to in this fashion we would have a REAL problem....

Rec'd unsolicited call @ 2:55pm PST 1/14/2013. Listened to recorded message which was a promo for home owners hawking a wireless home security system. Pressed 1 to go to an operator. Had him identify the company which he said was a division of General Electric. I told him that Central Security and General Electric needed to read the Do Not Call Registry. He said he would have my number purged. This was a real company but now shuttered in Bellevue, WA (AC 425) - listed number is disconnected/out of service.

Filed WA. Atty Gen complaint as well as DNCR complaint.

I keep an airhorn by my phone when they call I press 1 and as soon as I hear them say Hi I blast them. It may not stop them from calling but a lot of jerks are getting earaches and headaches!
