I got a call from Lee Ottow , saying there were warrants for a old payday loan, now he is harassing  me and my family. How can I have warrants if i was never served?

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Just block and ignore these calls. It's quite obviously a scam. You are never warned in advance of being served or of being arrested as that would defeat the purpose.
