Called Twice in a row, I did not answer.  I then called it back.  It was a very sophisticated robocaller.  It said hi this is Eric, I didn't answer, it said hello twice before saying hi this is Eric again. It then hello twice again in the same tones as the first with even spaced times between each.  It does sound like a real person. Actually using a local number in Puget Sound Area.
