This number has called my work cell phone repeatedly in the past year.  The caller slurs/mumbles/incoherant.  At first I thought someone was having a stroke.  Now I think they are fishing in some manner....

i just missed a call from this number, any idea who it is?

Received a call from them on house phone, answered, guy was probably speaking non-English. Might have had the wrong number, asking if he had some number I couldn't make out that obviously wasn't mine. Immediate callback after hanging up; thinking they hit 'redial' instead of trying the right number.
