collection agency,

These calls are coming from a FAKE collection agency.  The person is purporting to be from a collection agency and trying to get credit card numbers.  He/she is also forwarding all calls from 425-486-5130 to a company that has nothing to do with the scam.  The company's (not to be named) call center is receiving multiple calls from angry people.  After gathering data from several of these callers, it has been discovered that the purported collection agency is forwarding calls to the unsuspecting company to avoid calls from people that the fake collection agency has tried to scam.

I got a harassing phone call about a bill at best buy from 13 years ago. They said the amount was 39 dollars and now they want 77 because of interest. The manager said they  will call back this afternoon.  We have heard nothing for 13 years and it was news to us. I am 77 and very hearing impaired.

What shall i do?
