Diane called me, then when I said hello again, she hung up on me. Number said from Kirkland WA. No company name was given

Diane called from 425-406-9688 and hung up when I asked what she wanted. I have also received numerous calls on my cellphone from someone using a different name but with the same voice who also hung up on me when I answered.
