I keep getting calls from 425-406-9554,  they do not say anything and just  sit  on the line . When I call the number back ,  it says the number is a non - working number.
They call all times of Day and even into the evening. I DO NOT know anyone from the Washington area, and was puzzled at the Area Code the first time Whomever this is called. To the extent that I tried to Skip Trace the number.
