Scammer called at 2:00 PM today. Caller ID displayed "Washington Call". I did not answer and they left no message. When looking at 800 notes I found no report so I called the number and received the standard recording that the number was out of service. Therefore, now I know the call was from a dirt bag. Now it is blocked.
