Call came in actually with the number 114253961213 - which is a bad format for an area code just up the road and with a caller ID of V004114153000297.
Just turned on the phone, then off, then blocked all calls coming in starting with 11425.
Have already had calls coming in today from other common scammer numbers where they say the feds are going to arrest you, but those calls were blocked and didn't ring thru, just showed up on the caller ID.
