calls me daily, no one there

I would like to stop receiving calls from this number. Nobody there when i do answer and never leave a message.

Also received a call from this number. Called them back, and a man (sounded black by the tone of voice) picked up the phone and answered with my name. I didnt answer him, instead i asked what he wanted.  He wouldnt answer me until i confirmed my name with him. After berating him for a while he claimed that it was for supplemental dental insurance. I told him to take me off of his list.  I still get calls.
