No Message left.  I also do not know who this is.

No Message left; I have received approximately 40 calls in less than 24 hours from various scam numbers. This is one of those numbers.

When I had picked up the phone, a person with a thick accent on the other end asked for someone that did not have the number. I asked for the number to be placed onto the Do Not Call list. The man on the other end suggested that I pay him $100 to be placed on a list to not be called. I then proceeded to ask for his name and company that he works for, his response was "Michael Jackson from Jackson & Jackson."

Do not fall for these calls. I don't know who they are, they call my number close to 10x a day and refuse to give real information.
