The actual name of the company is Level 3 Communications, LLC based out of Renton, WA. You can call the number back and they will answer. If they don't answer just keep calling. When they answer the phone they identify themselves as CC Services though. This is a debt collection agency. If you ask for the manager and explain your situation they will remove your number from their system.
