Scam telemarketer call from "card services".

tried calling it back, line disconnected.
Scam.

I just got a call from this number, called back and said it was disconnected as well. Wth?

They keep calling multiple times, and say they are calling from card services and work with BOFA, WellsFargo, Citi and a few major credit cards, when you ask them how will they get lower rates they say they will verify our card info and the bank will drop the rates lol.
