Getting calls at 2am!!.how can I stop these calls?

Got another call at 1:26 am EST !!  SO ANNOYING !!  Does anyone know who it is?

Received call on 7/13 at 12:39am MDT!  Phone rang 3 times and quit, no message. Tried calling back from another phone and was told # was no longer in service! What a crock!!

This number called here at 1:38 AM EDT. Chances are the number you seeing is not the real number that is calling you. In fact I would say it is safe to assume that the call is originating outside of the USA.
If that is the case, then it is impossible to enforce the DNC registry on them. But I would still report the call to both the FTC & FCC
