This could be part of mobbing and gangstalking and that type of bullying that is going on. One guy just pours all his dirty motor oil on the ground when he gets calls like this and is contaminating all the water, so they should not be calling and hanging up they don't know what the person will do, one woman puts all her kotex down the public toilets and plugs them all up, and the baby diapers too and kids toys,
