Yes, this person uses foul language and is DEFINITELY PSYCHO! I am reporting him to the phone company and to the internet company he is using. Next the police.

This person needs to be on medications for his outbursts or in Western State Hospital. He harasses you to the point of no return, he doesn't understand leave me alone. He says he has a bad medical condition and is in pain that is why he acts this way. He is cruising the internet looking for his next victim. Do not give him your number. Now it is going to cost me 70.00 a year more on my cell bill to block his texts which are non stop! His name is James Ryche. He needs help!

My friends been getting nasty texts from this guy all day.  He just doesn't stop.  Very annoying and since she lives by herself in Seattle she's a little freaked out too.  I wish it were not so expensive to have numbers blocked.
