This number is from MOA RECOVERIES. ITS A DEBT COLLECTOR.

AMO Recoveries - debt collector for Kaiser Permanente - even if you make payments.

I have received five to six calls from these people but they aren't telling me who they are collecting for and what it's all about.  I never heard of this company.  Next time they call I am turning this number over to the F.B.I.  They want these numbers of people doing this as it's all a scam.

They don't leave messages and their call-center system is crappy (take a bit to connect).

The individual I talked with was both helpful and accurate regarding the dispute (the company, Kaiser, had told me they sent it to collections - albeit unnecessary, as people in their dept were still getting information back to me, but whatever).

AMO told me who they were collecting for, the amounts and wasn't pushy about the fact that there were other factors and pushed the time out a bit to make time for that communication.

Don't think it's a scam when I got first hand info from the company (Kaiser Permenente) regarding the charge.
