On Oct. 17, 2013, I received a call from 425-214-5830.  It is a pre-recorded woman saying, "Hello...can you hear me?" Subsequently, if you answer (which I regrettably did) the script/bot based voice program attempts to lure you in by offering one of many different cruises across the world.  Once again, another attempt at disturbing and defrauding....
