Yes it's quick money...for them by robbing you.

Block this number.  If you try to hang up, it ties your line up until the message is completed.

Robocall advertising a get-rich-quick scheme.

No answer, just dead air.  It is fun to pretend to be a little hard of hearing when these folks call.  I have kept some on the line for over ten minutes--just messing with them.
