A bit of a faulty translation by Vonage but here it is:

"The new DMV compliance already built in you qualify for a special program for photo studios press one now to leave your name number and best contact time after the tone to be removed press nine."

I called the # to warn the locksmith and got the spamming phone office. Didn't leave a message or press 9 to get de-listed. I'm going to block them via my phone web site. Looks like the locksmith changed their number.

CID said: "Fair Processing"  Let it go to voice mail but no message left.  Blocked permanently for wasting my time!

This phone number called our office today twice.
Under TWO different names on Caller ID:  1.) Fair Processing and 2.) ONE TWENTYFOUR.

First call left a voice mail, second call hung up when the phone was answered.

I got a call, sick and tired of it, I left an in-audible message, and no request to call. In fact, None of the 6 digit number matched my number. They have since called me back from the following numbers. One time they played back the message they say I called them and left. Sorry, do you here me requesting a call back??? Does that match my number?!?! 20 minutes later, I got the same call again, saying I called them requesting info. Why are you having multiple people follow up, and why if you do, do you not have a real time database?

They say they don't buy numbers, and no one referred me, but they get numbers from 'various sources'
