ryanfrost23@live.com is a scammer.  He will only communicate by email because he speaks with a pronounced India, Pakistani, or African accent.  He's probably planning an Overpayment Scam.  Thats where he sends you a check for more than you are asking for the car.  You wire his shipping agent the difference.  The wire transfer clears instantly.  The check bounces, but it takes a couple of weeks.  Your bank makes you pay then the entire amount of the bounced check plus a bounced check fee.  The scammer vanishes.  The scammer and his buddy, the shipping agent, split the shipping fee.
