Shaun/Sean from Veronis Dynamics wanted to speak with one of our IT managers. He claimed to be calling for his supervisor but didn't know the purpose behind it. I said that since managers’ calls must be screened, I couldn't transfer him without knowing the reason. He said he'd find out and phone back. This is a trend or pattern that has been occurring for some time, and the upshot is, they never do call back. Many times, the boss and company remain the same; only the representatives change.
