I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM A ANDY GIBSON STATING THAT HE WAS CALLING FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY AND THEN HE STATED HE WAS CALLING ON BEHALF OF AN ATTORNEY OFFICE.   HE STATES THAT HE WANTED ONLY MY ATTORNEY TO CALL HIM BACK ABOUT THIS MATTER AND IF HE DID NOT HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEY OR I.  THAT THE GOING TO PRESS CHARGES AND GOOD LUCK.   BUT FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW THIS INDIAN GUY IS A FRAUD.  THE MAN HAS ALSO GOES BY THE NAME SHANE WATSON.  HE IS THE SAME GUY BUT A DIFFERENT NAME.  BECAREFUL. IF YOU READ BELOW OF COMPLAINTS ON ONE WHERE THEY GIVE YOU LIST OF THE COMPANIES YES THE NAME OF COMPANY ON THE FIRST LINE IS THE ONE HE USED LAST YEAR.  I PRAY TO GOD THAT SOMEONE PUT AN END TO THIS GUY BECAUSE HE CALLS YOUR JOB AND YOUR HOME OR CELL PHONE HARRASSING YOU.

I  keep geting phone calls from them and they are threating to put a judgement on my ss#. I don't even know who they are?? What do I do???

tracy - they are scammers who have stolen your info  - click the link for "fake payday loan collection scams" on this and rad the post by lamet - it has alot of info about this scam. Be prepared - once they have your number they call alot - from different numbers using different names -  but same stupid story. They will even call your work and friends if they have been able to find out that info.  In most cases they have stoeln info from peple who have applied for loans or credit online.  they have either collected your info form a fake site - or hacked a legitimate company and stolen your info - httas how they have employer and refrerence information and numbers.

Tracy - I forgot to mention this in the above post - report them to your state attorney general and on www.ic3.gov. Put a fraud watch on all your accounts and report any phones calls and thier names and numbers on this site to help warn others.
Get a loud whistle to blow into the phone when they call too!

They called my cell. Caller I'd said "0000" and the message wasn't even regular - it was forwarded and said "urgent." Freaking out!!!
