It was the Bay calling to confirm my delivery scheduled for the next day. They indicated what was being delivered and to where, and they also left a 1-866 number to call back if there were any issues.

It was the Bay furniture department's call centre in India, routed through a North American exchange, to give you misinformation in very bad English and annoy the hell out of you. They will call at least once a day (excluding weekends) until you pick up.
