Got this call twice today, (10/18/2010) wanting to speak to the owner or office controller.  First caller said it was regarding an investigation and when I asked for more information she hung up on me.  Second call asked for same thing, when I said nobody was in the office she asked for the bookkeeper and I told her that was taken care of at a different location and she said ok and hung up.  Very annoying.
