Seems like a scam. Robot voice saying charges against me legally and will contact my local police to have me arrested

Said he was from IRS investigation and I need to call him back and go to the local police for arrest. I believe this is one of the IRS scams we hear about. If the IRS wants to contact you they NEVER do it this way. You will always get a letter, not a phone call.

SCAM from FAKE OFFICE. MOBILE NUMBER in California CLAIMS to be IRS Dept. of Investigations issuing warrant to Local Police and soliciting Personal Information.
