selling medicare; telemarketing is supposed to be regulated by FTC DNC, but it does not help. Any ideas how to stop these calls? There is a limit on how many numbers my phone will block

OBVIOUSLY a spoofed number. Received call at 9:15 AM. If this is from CA (As indicated), they would be up and making calls shortly after 6AM. NOPE.
