Called twice and left two messages stating "we are aware the IRS is filing an action against you..." bla bla bla.  Did not identify their scam agency and asked to call back that number specifically." Pre-recorded message, no identifying information used-ie they did not say, hello Ms. ____,"

Have received two calls in the last two hours from this 424.368.5854 number alerting me that IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and telling me to call back.  It was a recording and told me to call them back.  I did not.

SCAM! claims to be IRS filing suit against you blah blah blah....FYI, IRS will not call you with a recorded message or call you at all, they will send through US Mail.

received 3 phone calls today from this number 424-368-5854 saying they are the irs blah blah blah ... told them to stop calling. guy was indian and could even speak English well!

Received non stop calls today from this 424-368-5854 number, actually talked to this guy, sounded indian as well, gave me his name as John Parker, from IRS in California, and his ID # IRM1603.  Once I started to tell him to stop calling me and send correspondence through the mail he notified me that he did twice in Nov and Dec 2015.  Usually the IRS will have you sign for all correspondence and he knew I was on to him and Hung up,  Thank you for verifying that you are a scam.  Number added to auto reject.
