I received a call from this number telling me this is my last warning before being sued by the IRS.   I want to sue them for every call they make me and others!!!

I agree with Colleen!! I received three calls one right after another!! My father who has altzheimers received calls from them too and thank goodness his disease isn't really bad yet. He called me first before calling them back.. they could've taken a lot of money from him...I wish someone could find all of these people doing things like this...

called  twice, in quick succession and left a message both times to call them back.

The IRS never starts a collection via a phone call; they always send snail mail first!  In 40 years of paying taxes I have been contacted by the IRS only twice.  In one case I entered a number in the wrong field but it did not affect the outcome of the return.  The other time someone put in a wrong SS number and it turned up to me.  In both cases I sent a letter to the IRS (with a copy of their letter) explaining the situation, and it was resolved.

This is a scary message.  they tell you they are calling from IRS and you are being sued by IRS.  If you want this resolved before legal action is taken call this number immediately.  You will be sued and any and all actions necessary taken immediately to take any and all funds necessary to resolve this matter.  AGAIN  This is the IRS and we are calling to tell you that legal action is being taken against you.  Call us back at this number immediately to resolve this before a court date is issued.
