This number keeps calling!

Then perhaps you should do a search for "call blockers".

This number called my DNC landline and when I picked it up, the caller sounded surprised someone actually answered it. He started his spiel saying he was calling from a police agency looking for donations - I hung up and blocked his number. The number came in as "California Call".

They called on Sunday morning but didn't leave a message.  I returned the call and it was a "police charity."  I get these calls periodically but this time I blocked it for the future.
