Caller ID said San Pedro, CA.  Scam, sounded like middle eastern accent when I called the number.  I told them they were obviously a scam, and if they called again, I would have them arrested for impersonating a Federal Officer.  I'll not ever again answer a number I don't know!

It is a scam.  It is a message that said you need to call David Gray at this number for a problem with the department of Treasury and not calling will result in charges with magistrate or federal indictment.

This is a scam. Got a similar call last week from a cell no. in New York. Now this one from California. No one reputable would leave a message like this!
