You can't stop these kinds of illegal calls.  Don't pick up. let it go to answering machine.  If you have a caller I.D  do not pick up, it only serves to inform them that yours  is a working number.  There is nothing you can do, this person who is bilking millions from these scams has been fined and baned from certin states, he is not going to stop, so please just don't answer.

This seems to be a phishing scheme. They asked us to list our cards, at that point, my associate said we would have to call them back and they hung up.
