The phone rigs with the number above in the ID.  I pick up and the phone hangs up.  i call the number back and the phone rings a couple times and then hangs up..

These people suck. What's their problem. All they do is call and hang up, and when I call them, it's either busy or disconnects after a couple rings.

They call my cell pohne, while I'm at work. Mu sister gave a debt collector my name/phone number to a debt collector because my daughter owes money to someone - and she signed the contract with her! Now they keep calling me, from a bunch of different numbers.
