Simple instructions - If you don't recognize the name or number, don't answer. Don't call them; it's a scam. Like your parents probably told you, don't speak to strangers. And don't rely on the government's Do Not Call list; file a complaint with them. Just add the number to your personal Blocked Caller list then delete the message. This one is from Beverly Hills, CA.

Not every call you receive needs to be answered. You have Caller ID. You know who your family and friends are. Why are you answering calls from strangers?

Got a recorded message from this number saying it was from Jordan Matthews. Did a whois on their website elitewealthcreation.com and came up with this:
