424-235-3923 -- this seems to be a newly established bottom-feeder number which one self-described victim claims purportedly belongs to an operation I.D.ed as "ReceivablesPerf," which upon further digging around associates both that name to an outfit called, "Receivables Performance Management" (or, "RPM") out of  Lynnwood, WA. Other information suggests that this company engages in strong-arm debt collection tactics.
