800notes must be having an effect on the Indian and Pakistani scammers.   Maybe the anti-scamming blog movement in the US is causing  their income stream to decline.

"Jack Floyd" and his friends  trying  preemptive tactics.  They do this all the time.  Basically they  hope to counter-act   entries  made here  reporting the scam.
