A scam call shown: out of area

Received the call 10:28am.
These criminal callers must be POed.  This is a new calling number for them and their call was blocked BEFORE they robodialed our number.
HOW, you ask...
We have had the ENTIRE 424 are code blocked for over a year - no calls from the 424 can make our phones ring thanks to our D*gitone call blocker.  Currently, we have over 160 area codes blocked and it's rare that a criminal caller can get through.
Folks, you have had an answering machine for many years - it's now time to purchase a call blocking phone (Panasonic) or a blocking device that can block entire area codes.
Have friends or family in a blocked area code?  Simply "invite" their number into your blocker - they can call right through.  Problem solved!

I agree with the previous posts -- this is a scam. The reader ID showed the name of the company as "XXXXXXXXXXX" and the number is bogus. It cannot be returned nor traced. SCAM!

4:58 pm today.  I wasn't at home so I don't know if No mo blocked it or not.  Clearly nobody I want to talk to.

Caller ID says V12716584400019
