O.K.  Called and asked for a credit card number to hold a 3 night stay at a hotel(?)  Hey, like I'd give that to someone I do not know.  When I asked for additional information, I was told that I had to decide right now as it was a phone promo only.  I told him that was like buying a horse you had not seen or rode.  So, I told him no.
